1) Cedar Springs Public Schools, will receive proposals from qualified contractors for the proposed work related to the Michigan State Police Grant located at 204 E. Muskegon St, Cedar Springs MI 49319.  
 
2) Proposals must be mailed or delivered in person to Attn: Ken Simon, Cedar Springs Public Schools: District Service Center, 204 E. Muskegon St, Cedar Springs, MI 49319.  All proposals must be sealed in envelopes, and plainly label “Michigan State Police Grant Facility Improvements” and must be received prior to 2:00 PM, local time, on Wednesday, December 7, 2018. Cedar Springs Public Schools will not accept late bids.
 
3) This will be a public bid opening at 2:00 PM on December 7, 2018.  Evaluation of proposals and award will be at a later date.

Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner(s) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Cedar Springs School Board or the Superintendent of Cedar Springs Public Schools. Cedar Springs Public Schools shall not accept a bid that does not include this statement.
