One of the most valuable things families can do during the Safe-at-Home order from the Governor is allowing their students to explore their interests and spending time together. Encourage your student to use an empty notebook to create something amazing around an interest they’ve always wanted more time to explore. Families desiring additional practice in reading and math concepts at the K-8 levels can utilize the iReady At-Home lessons, which are also available on our website (links below). For more ideas, see our Volume 1 elementary and secondary suggestions, as well as Volume 2 elementary and secondary suggestions. As we learn more from our Governor and Michigan Department of Education about the remainder of the school year, we will adjust our suggestions to meet the demands of the situation.
