STUDENT INSURANCE COVERAGE and SENIOR HIGH FOOTBALL COVERAGE
Parents have the opportunity to purchase an affordable accident insurance plan to cover your child either 24 hours a day or while at school.
This low cost coverage will pay the first $100 of covered expenses (regardless of your other insurance) and helps fill the gaps your other insurance does not. A dental option is also available.
Costs range from $55 for standard At-School plan ($94 standard at school with sports) to $175 for the standard 24-hour a day protection ($210 standard 24-hour with sports). Optional dental coverage is $11. Football coverage is $300 for the 2009-2010 season.

Application forms will be accepted at any time during the school year. Coverage would become effective on the day the check is received. Applications will be available through the building offices or can be printed from the link below.
Cedar Springs Public Schools does not provide individual students with insurance coverage.
