Homebound/Hospitalized
The Homebound/Hospitalized Program provides instructional services to students, at home or in hospitals, who are unable to attend a regular school program due to a physical or emotional condition.
A student receives a minimum of two hours of instruction per week. Instruction takes place either in the home, library, or other public facility. A responsible adult, 21 years of age or older, is required to be present during instruction time in the home.
