We're glad you have chosen to enroll at Cedar Springs Public Schools for Fall of 2021!  

We offer education from Preschool programs thru High School. Our Red Hawks arrive to learn, with the destination to change the world. With our high education standards, a caring school community, and the tools available for students to create a bright future, you have made the right choice to enroll at Cedar Springs Public Schools.
Follow the steps below to being your enrollment (Young 5/Kindergarten - 12th grade) at Cedar Springs Public Schools for the fall of 21':
  1. Click on the 'Start Enrollment for Fall of 21' button below
    • Plan on 30-60minutes time to complete the form
    • Enrolling in Young 5 or Kindergarten, check the requirements listed below
    • Have contact information for parents and students
    • Pay attention to formatting details as you fill out the form
  2. At the end of the form, you will be asked to schedule an appointment, be sure to have your calendar ready so you know a date and time that works for you.
  3. If you choose not to schedule an appointment you will receive an email from our registrar's office with further instructions.
We will do our best to process your enrollment as quickly as possible, but it can take up to a few weeks from the time you submit your information to finish!

Kindergarten Enrollment Requirments

  • Current preschoolers must re-enroll
  • Young 5 children must be turning 5 between September 2 - December 1, 2021, and complete an age waiver form
  • Young 5 children must complete a Young 5 program request form
  • Kindergarten children must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2021
  • Kindergarten entrants need documentation of Hearing and Vision Screening through the Kent County Health Department (KCHD)
      • Appointment times can be scheduled by calling the KCHD at 616.632.7047

We advise all parents interested in enrolling in Young 5 or Kindergarten to watch prior to starting the enrollment process.
