Parents/Guardians
Each parent/guardian can make sure his/her contact data is current in PowerSchool by stopping by the District Office during normal business hours. Parents/guardians will need to present a valid ID, as well as proper Proof of Residency before any address will be changed in PowerSchool.
If an address change was made, Proof of Residency (POR) will be required. This information will be communicated to the Transportation Department once the proof of residency is received. Acceptable forms of documentation are provided below.
Student name changes will require proper court documentation.
Parent/Guardianship changes will require proper court documentation and parent/guardian ID such as a driver's license or state ID.
