Facilities and Rentals

Cedar Springs Public Schools (CSPS) welcomes the use of the school facilities by the community for purposes directly related to the educational, civic, cultural, recreational, and social life of the community.

The use will be permitted as long as the use does not interfere with educational and extracurricular activities. Programs and activities of users must be of a nature suitable for a public school, lawful, and conform to all policies of the district. Please review our policy and guidelines before submitting a request.

Please note: We must have a copy of your current liability insurance on file, as well as, your 501c3 non-profit certificate on file (if applicable).

How to Submit a Request

Set up an Account:

  1. Request an account number by emailing Cedar Springs Public Schools Facilities
  2. Visit MySchoolBuilding
  3. Click below the log in 'Never Submitted a SchoolDude Request? Register Here!'
  4. Complete the form, and submit

Request your Facility Use:

  1. Visit MySchoolBuilding
  2. Log into your account (if it asks what product: select FSdirect)
  3. Choose the “Schedule Request” tab option
    • Normal (single-day event-typically the easiest way)
    • Recurring (recurring event, same location/time)
  4. Complete the requested information and submit
  5. You can see all of your requests under the “my requests” tab and what their current status is.
