Facilities and Rentals
Cedar Springs Public Schools (CSPS) welcomes the use of the school facilities by the community for purposes directly related to the educational, civic, cultural, recreational, and social life of the community.
The use will be permitted as long as the use does not interfere with educational and extracurricular activities. Programs and activities of users must be of a nature suitable for a public school, lawful, and conform to all policies of the district. Please review our policy and guidelines before submitting a request.
Please note: We must have a copy of your current liability insurance on file, as well as, your 501c3 non-profit certificate on file (if applicable).

How to Submit a Facility Use Request
If you’re a new user, create a community user account in our scheduling system.
- Create a community user account through our scheduling system.
- Check your email for a confirmation link.
- Click the link to activate your account and log in.
- You can request facility use up to one year in advance
- Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance
