Community Promotion Requests

Cedar Springs Public Schools partners with community groups and organizations to share activities that support student and staff learning and enrichment. We share approved flyers in newsletters, digitally, and in print.

Flyer Request Window:
Requests for the 25-26 school year will be accepted September 2, 2025 – May 8, 2026.

We're not able to distribute flyers from external, for-profit individuals or organizations.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Printed materials may be submitted as a poster or flyer.
  • Digital promotion request :
    • Event details written in text (including any URLs)
    • An image to be used (not flyer/poster), with little to no text

All digital submissions must meet ADA requirements to be shared.

How to Submit a Request:

  1. Fill out the online request form and upload your materials.
  2. Allow at least two business days for a response.
  3. For questions, contact the district office at 616-696-1204 or email us at cspstogether@csredhawks.org.

If approved, printed materials are the requester's responsibility and must be dropped off at the district office for distribution.
