Flyer Requests

Cedar Springs Public Schools partners with community groups and organizations to share activities that support student and staff learning and enrichment. We share approved flyers in newsletters, digitally, and in print.

Flyer Request Window:
Requests for the 25-26 school year will be accepted September 2, 2025 – May 8, 2026.

We are unable to distribute flyers from external, for-profit individuals or organizations.

How to Request Flyer Approval:

  1. Fill out the online request form and upload your flyer.
  2. Allow at least two business days for a response.
  3. For questions, contact the district office at 616-696-1204 or email us at cspstogether@csredhawks.org.

*If approved, printed flyers are the responsibility of the requestor and must be dropped off at the district office for distribution.*
