Facilities and Rentals

Cedar Springs Public Schools (CSPS) welcomes the use of the school facilities by the community for purposes directly related to the educational, civic, cultural, recreational, and social life of the community.

The use will be permitted as long as the use does not interfere with educational and extracurricular activities. Programs and activities of users must be of a nature suitable for a public school, lawful, and conform to all policies of the district. Please review our policy and guidelines before submitting a request.

Please note: We must have a copy of your current liability insurance on file, as well as, your 501c3 non-profit certificate on file (if applicable).

Requesting a Rental

As of March 8, 2023, we will be using a new scheduling system. Any requests approved before March 8, 2023, will be transferred to the new system.

• Requests can be put in up to a year in advance
• Requests are unable to be made with less than 24 hour notice
