Kent ISD Regional Enhancement Millage Proposal

Since 2017, the taxpayer-approved enhancement millage has been used by Cedar Springs Public Schools to support:

  • Reduced Class Sizes
  • Dual Enrollment Programs
  • Reading and Math Interventionists

The proposed millage rate is 0.9, the same millage rate voters approved in 2017. If approved, this will generate approximately $35.6 million—$357 per student. That’s approximately $1,069,676 for Cedar Springs Public Schools annually. The proposed restoration and renewal will cost the average homeowner $157.50 per year, which breaks down to $13.13 per month, or $0.43 per day.

Voting takes place on November 4, 2025.
